Bad Habits

To change your bad habits simply replace them with something you truly enjoy and stick to it.

Example: Quit smoking – every time you feel like lighting a cigarette, watch a funny video instead. This way you distract yourself with something joyful. Replace “one” bad habit only with “one” enjoyable act.
