How to Stop Procrastinating?

Are you a perfectionist? If yes, then you are at a higher risk. Here are a few simple acts to become less procrastinating.

1- Make a list of your tasks

2- Break them into smaller and more manageable tasks that can be done in one week

3- When you finish a task, give yourself a pat on the shoulder. Literally touch the back of your shoulder and say “good job” out loud. Feel good about finishing a task no matter how small it was

4- Cross completed tasks off your list and leave the list where you can frequently see (like on your fridge or your bathroom mirror) as a reminder of how much you accomplished

5- Repeat these steps every week
